A Daughter of the Dark Moon and the Sun, Circe was the goddess in Greek mythology who compelled Odysseus to stray from his course and tarry in her garden for years. As the myth is immortalized in Homer's versus, Circe cast a magical spell on the adventurer which bound him to stay with her by the spell of her powerful seduction. Together, they lounged for days and felt only a moment had passed. Her body supine, the curve of her whip as round as a palm-full of apple or pomegranate, a mightier fruit of the gods.
